How do I ensure my suit or tuxedo fits correctly?

We use a proprietary fit algorithm that calculates your measurements based on your height, weight, and fit preferences. You can also visit one of our showrooms for a professional fitting or use a measuring tape at home following our video guides.

When will my order arrive?

For rental orders, we guarantee delivery at least 10 days before your event date. This allows plenty of time to try everything on and request a free replacement if any adjustments are needed.

What is your return policy for rentals?

Rental returns must be dropped off at a UPS location within 3 days after your event. We provide a pre-paid return shipping label and a reusable box to make the process seamless.

Can I purchase the suit instead of renting it?

Yes, many of our most popular styles are available for purchase. You can choose the 'Buy' option on the product page to own a high-quality, Italian merino wool suit or tuxedo.

What happens if I damage my rental?

We offer a small accidental damage waiver fee at checkout which covers minor stains and repairable damage. However, significant damage or loss of the item may result in additional charges.

Do you offer group styling for weddings?

Absolutely. Our 'Events' dashboard allows you to manage your entire wedding party, assign specific looks to groomsmen, and track their fitting and payment status in one place.
