We want your fit to be perfect, which is why we offer free replacements and easy returns for all unworn items within 10 days of your event. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, simply initiate a return or exchange through our online portal.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items back into the original shipping box and include any accessories or garment bags provided.
Attach the Pre-paid Label
Print and attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
